A 2/12 DAY WORKFORCE EVENT

Objectives

– Thoroughly examine the key themes of military innovation for the 21st century including themes related to changes in Climate, Organization, Workforce, Technology and Society (COWTS) and predict how these trends will effect aviation.

– Develop and deliver an environment for collaboration in systems engineering transformation as related to innovation (iSET)

– Share the learnings and action items from this event with the broader military leadership

– Utilize the developing ISO 56000 principles of innovation management to immediately improve collaborations a cross the military value chain.

FORMAT

This event is specifically designed to facilitate interaction between military leaders, NAVAIR and other partners in order to accelerate conception, design, acquisition and testing of aviation through innovation oriented systems transformation. The event will be in a non-traditional format, unlike traditional classroom or conference learning. This means that attendees will be expected to become a part of a creative, but quantifiable learning experience. This approach will expose attendees to a level of immersive discovery unlike anything the attendees has experienced before. The event proceedings and outputs will be enshrined in a book only available to attendees for reference long after the event.
